Lakshmi Narayan Foundation takes the utmost care to process donations as per the instructions given by our donors, both online and offline. However, in the unlikely event of an erroneous donation or if the donor wishes to cancel their donation, the Foundation will respond to the donor within 10 working days of receiving a valid refund request.

The timely refund of the donation will depend on the type of credit card or banking instrument used during the transaction.

• • The donor must send a written request for a refund within 3 days of making the donation to the Foundation’s official address or via email at info@amoghfoundation.com, along with the payment receipt and other necessary details for initiating the refund.

• • If the tax exemption certificate has already been issued, unfortunately, the donation cannot be refunded.

• • The decision of the Board of Trustees regarding whether to approve or disapprove the refund of the donation will be final and binding on the donor.
